There's something I need to say about the path I've been describing.

Every piece I've written so far has carried a certain solitary energy. The lone builder. The silent architect. And there's real power in that.

But here's what I don't want you to miss: collective power is real too. For some people, community isn't a distraction — it's the engine. Cutting yourself off entirely carries a cost. Financial, yes. But also temporal. And something deeper.

When you're old, staring at the ceiling alone at night — that doesn't sound particularly exciting.

You will encounter unreliable people. That's not a possibility — it's a guarantee. I've always had a motto: if fear of life were an option, we wouldn't have been born human. Life must be embraced — thorns and all.

And if people can't see the light inside you — place your own lamps around you. Fill the space with your own light.

Because when you are truly yourself, the probability of meeting people who want to know you for exactly that reason increases dramatically.

Real people find real people.
